Programming the Memco Oven/Furnace Controller
Custom Set-up

Step Generation for the Memco Oven/Furnace Controller

Using the input boxes below, input your temperatures, times, and step types below.  Temperatures are to be entered as whole numbers with no decimals (integers).  All temperatures are in degrees F.  Times are to be entered as decimals rounded to the nearest tenth of a minute (ie. 4 hours 15 minutes is 4.3 hours).  You do not have to use all steps.  Use only the steps you need to complete your desired burnout program.  You may leave all others blank.  However, you may not skip steps between the beginning and ending of your program (ie enter data for step 1, skip step 2 input fields and enter data for step 3).  This will result in an incorrect program for your controller which may yield undesired results.

To calculate tenths of a minute, input the minutes here:

To convert celcius (centigrade) to fahrenheit, enter the degrees C here:

Please note: for a delayed start, use a hold at 32 degrees and enter the desired delay time.  For example, to delay the program start for 5 hours, select "Hold" and use 32 for the temperature then 5.0 for the hours.

Enter the current temperature of your oven (this will be the temperature of your oven right before you run the controller).  If you are unsure what to put here, just use '75'.
